G-Force Manufacturing, a Goodwill Southeast Georgia business unit, is looking for qualified team members to fill the following positions.

Moves stock, supplies, materials and finished goods in support of manufacture and delivery of products; maintains organized inventory of goods and materials.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Loads, unloads, moves and stores materials and products.
  • Performs or assists with loading and unloading of company-owned and carrier trucks
  • Moves raw materials to appropriate storage locations or bins.
  • Stores materials in accordance with company, customer and manufacturer’s policy or guidance.
  • Rotates and pulls stock as required to minimize shelf life expiration
  • Correctly identifies and selects materials for use in production. Issues correct material according to work order. Maintains working knowledge of materials and their physical characteristics
  • Monitors production area, moves finished goods to Logistics area and to designated storage location or shipping area as appropriate
  • Picks orders from inventory and prepares shipments
  • Safely operates company trucks, forklifts and non-powered material handling equipment in movement and delivery of products and materials.
  • Performs and documents daily operator inspections and servicing of company trucks and material handling equipment.
  • Performs or assists with product and material inventory

Education and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic, written and verbal expression.
  • Ability to determine quantities and dimensions expressed in fraction and decimal form and calculate conversions from fraction to decimal and decimal to fraction. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions such as procedure documents and specifications.
  • Valid Driver’s License without restrictions.

Cuts, finishes and assembles inspection-ready product individually or as part of a team.

 

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Interprets and follows Job Traveler and Cut List
  • Identifies and selects correct raw materials
  • Identifies, selects and uses correct tooling
  • Cuts, trims, shapes and prepares details from raw material. Assembles and finishes part or kit per work instruction.
  • Labels product accurately and legibly IAW applicable specifications
  • Consistently meets production standards for both quantity and acceptable quality level
  • Documents fabrication actions and material usage by written or electronic means
  • Maintains accountability of hand tools, templates and shop aids supplied for each job.
  • Receives direction from Fabrication Crew Leader and/or Production Supervisor. Relies on standard and/or specific practices and procedures to complete tasks with nominal to direct supervision
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports unsafe conditions or activities to management
  • Effectively utilizes constructive interpersonal skills
  • Regular attendance is mandatory with availability to work overtime as determined by management
  • Performs other duties as meets the needs of G-Force Technologies
  • Demonstrates and inspires commitment to the GCE Mission

 

Education and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to operate manual and automated equipment as necessary
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic, written and verbal expression
  • Ability to determine tolerances expressed in fraction and decimal form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form.

Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-progress production and finished products. Prepares, files and maintains documents related to product quality.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual inspections and measurements. Prepares and files receiving inspection documentation. Rejects unacceptable materials.
  • Approves in-progress production by performing visual inspections and measurements. Rejects unacceptable work and informs Production Supervisor or Crew Leader of required rework actions.
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications, performing visual inspections and measurements. Rejects unacceptable products. Confirms rework actions.
  • Documents inspection results by written or electronic means.
  • Selects proper tool for product and material measurement.
  • Maintains working knowledge of industry, company and customer standards and requirements applicable to G-Force Manufacturing products.
  • Verifies accurate kit contents. Validates part labels and shipping documentation.
  • Assists with the maintenance of Quality Control records and documents.
  • May assist with the performance of internal audits.
  • Receives direction from Quality Control Supervisor or Quality Manager. Relies on standard practices or procedures to complete tasks with nominal supervision.
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports unsafe conditions or activities to management.
  • Effectively utilizes constructive interpersonal skills.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory with availability to work overtime as determined by management.
  • Performs other duties as meets the needs of G-Force.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions provided in written, oral and diagram form.
